This mirrors the three programs of our sister organization, AfricanIntellect.club (Educate, Entertain, Empower), but we pursue them through ordinary for-profit commerce — selling goods and services, and deploying capital — rather than through nonprofit charitable programs.
African Intellect Enterprises LLC is organized as a single-member Oregon limited liability company.
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Levi Schoen is the founder and CEO of African Intellect Enterprises LLC, based in Portland, Oregon. He is a software engineer by background. As the company's sole member, he manages day-to-day operations directly and acts under the CEO title for business development and external representation.
African Intellect Enterprises LLC and AfricanIntellect.club are separate legal entities with separate finances, sharing a founder and a mission theme but not commingled operations, bank accounts, or assets. We think this separation is worth stating plainly rather than glossing over:
AfricanIntellect.club is a 501(c)(3) charitable and educational organization (filed in Oregon as a religious corporation type, a state-law governance classification, not a description of its secular activities) subject to a strict private-inurement rule — none of its assets or earnings may benefit this LLC, Levi personally, or any other private party beyond reasonable payment for services actually rendered. Any dealings between the two organizations — this LLC selling goods or services to the nonprofit, for instance — are arm's-length, documented, and priced at fair market value, never an informal transfer of funds or assets.
As an ordinary for-profit LLC, this company is free to seek profit, retain earnings, and distribute them to its member without restriction. It is not a nonprofit and does not solicit tax-deductible donations.
African Intellect Enterprises LLC was formed on August 19, 2026. We are brand new and pre-revenue — there is no track record, client roster, or product history to point to yet. This site describes our mission and structure as an early-stage company, not an established business.
